Ages 12-34 are the highest risk years for rape and sexual assault.

About 10% of high School students were sexually assaulted in 2017, with females (15%) experiencing higher rates than males (4.3%) 

51% of the sexual assault cases studied in the Women's Safety Project survey were committed against young women between 16 and 21 years old. 

By the time students are done with (secondary) school, 81% have experienced some sort of sexual harassment. 

15% of sexual assault and rape victims are under the age of 12

1 in 2 rape victims is under age 18; 1 in 6 in under age 12

10.5% of all high school-age girls have been sexually assaulted.

Of female Americans who are raped, 54% of them experience this type of sexual abuse for the first time before they are 18.
