The Clear Creek County Advocates also respond to death calls and notifications, missing hikers, avalanches, search and rescues and critical incidents.

Community-Based Advocate Confidentiality

Colorado’s Community-Based victim-advocate confidentiality is among the most protective in the country. The only exceptions to Colorado’s victim-advocate confidentiality and privilege protections are informed consent of the victim and mandated reporting of suspected child abuse or neglect.
